AK820 Pro is a great product. I like the build quality, performance, and in a great price. I am happy so far using it. But I see there could be improvements in build quality as the keyboard is a bit curved. I am not sure this is the deisgn flaw or not. However, it does not affect any ergonomics. One more point to develop is its software is not user friendly and it was not easy to find. There was no proper explanation of the software in English site. I had to lookup in Chinese version.
